GENERAL QUESTIONS

Why does the game take up the whole screen?
If you want a smaller screen, there are two ways to do this:
 
- Go to the options screen, click on settings and take the tick out of the 'full screen mode' option.
  - Change the resolution setting on your computer via the Control Panel.

My Chat window is too small.
The chat window can be sized just like a regular program window. Just grab the edge or corner with your mouse cursor and drag it out.

I can't read my Chat!
Below the list of players in the room you will see a plus and minus sign.
If you click on the '+' sign, you can increase the size of the font. If the font size is too big, click the '-' sign until you have a font that is comfortable for you to read.

What does 'Pages' mean?
This feature allows you to see ALL cards purchased for each game. You can view up to 27 cards per page in 75-ball bingo and six strips (36 tickets) in 90-ball bingo. If you have purchased more than a single page worth of cards, tabs will appear to enable you to view up to four additional pages.

How can I check my game history?
By clicking on the game history button you can instantly see games you have played previously without having to leave the game or open a separate browser.

Can I fund without leaving the game?
Yes, by clicking on the 'Cashier' button you can easily deposit to your account without leaving the game you are playing. This means you can quickly and easily make a deposit without missing out on any of the action.

I was disconnected, am I still in the game?
You sure are, and when you return, your cards will also remain until the current game finishes. Prestige-Bingo does not allow you to lose your cards or wagers for any game you have purchased cards for. The card manager will automatically play your cards through any disconnection, your end or ours.

How do I buy cards?
If you want to buy cards for the next game, the simplest way is to go to the "Next Game" information box in the bottom right hand corner of the game screen. Here you can see all details of the next game and select the number of cards you want to buy.

If you want to Pre-Buy for forthcoming games, you can do so for up to 3 hours in advance for regular games and up to 48 hours in advance for games in the High Roller's Hall. To Pre-Buy, click on the 'Buy Cards' tab and find the game you want and click on the "Buy" button at the left hand side. The "Buy Cards" window will open giving you full information on that game plus any promotions that apply. Just choose the number of cards and click "Buy". You can also choose to buy ahead in this window by selecting the number of games you wish to buy ahead for and then clicking on either the Any Price or Same Price buttons.

Please note that some Specials have Pre-Buy options for many days in advance. You will find these listed at the bottom at the bottom of the game list in the Buy Cards screen.

Once you have purchased cards, your cards will still play and any game winnings will automatically be credited to your account even if you have to turn off your computer.

I have a bingo, but don't seem to have a Bingo button!
There's no need to bash a bingo button, bingo is automatically called for you - even if your computer is turned off.

How do I know how many players are in the game?
Just click on the 'Buy Cards' tab to see how many players are in each game.

What does "XX balls to bingo" mean?
This shows the number of balls from bingo of the best card in the game. Don't worry if it's doing better than you - you can always catch up!

Can I play Scratchers and Bingo?
Yes you can. In fact you can play any of our other games such as Slots, Scratchers, Video Poker or Keno, while still playing Bingo. When you click on the "More Games" button, your screen will switch to the game of your choice, but your bingo games will continue to play in the background.

What is the 'Schedule' button?
Use this to check for Special games, patterns and events in the coming days and weeks. If you check here often, you will never miss out!

How will I know if I'm close to winning?
Click on the 'Options' tab, and click on 'Sort Cards'. This will bring your best cards to the main screen. The borders will change color as you get closer to bingo. Green = 3 balls away, Blue = 2 balls away, Red = 1 ball away, Gold = BINGO!

How do I get Help?
Help is there 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for your convenience. Just check our homepage on the 'Contact Us' tab for the details.

I have no sound!
Be sure your audio settings are enabled on the 'Options' tab. Also check your computer's audio settings. You can also choose between a male or female caller.

How much does each game cost to play?
Most of the time you can find dime and nickel games, 25 cent games and some penny games as well as many other specials. At the minimum limit, that means you can play for as little as 3 cents! If you prefer a bigger game, the Tourney Hall is the place for you with card prices up to $1 and big game prizes up to $200! Ask your Chat Masters, and watch your email for announcements about our special games.

How is the prize and jackpot money determined?
All Prestige-Bingo's prizes and jackpots are paid in 100% cash - not bonus money or a mix of bonus and cash like so many other bingo games. Each game's prize is based on the number of cards in play during that game. A percentage of the "pot" goes toward the prize for that game and also towards one or more progressive jackpots. So, the more folks playing, the greater the prize. Jackpots are progressive, except during certain special game nights where they will be at a set amount. Some games have physical prizes like vacations, TVs or digital cameras in place of cash.

How many people will I be playing with?
That will depend, but each game will show how many players are currently in the game. The next game should have a similar number. It will vary from the time of day, to day of the week, to the specials on at the time, but it's always fun!!

Can I chat with other players?
Absolutely!! And that's part of the fun. Come into the chat rooms, meet some new friends and play some of the fabulous Chat Games that have made Prestige-Bingo so famous.

So what happens if I have a bingo?
We make that easy for you. Your cards or tickets will change color as you get closer to the winning pattern. When one of your cards or tickets is three calls away from a win, it will turn green, two calls away it will turn blue, one call away, it will turn red and when you have bingo, it will be gold, and a message will tell you that you have a bingo!! Congratulations!! You don't have to shout bingo (though you can of course) the game will do that for you automatically.

Hey, what happened? I got bingo, but only half the shown prize amount!
From time to time, you will find that another player is as lucky as you are! In cases where two players both bingo on the same number, the prize is split between the two (or more) winning cards/tickets. If you needed the same number to win on two cards, and the other player needed it on only one, you would get 2/3 of the prize for that game!!

How much can I win?
Our Jackpots are progressive and most are funded with at least $1000 to start them off. They increase in size with every game played, until someone gets lucky and wins. We are set up to average one winner every day at least!! Great odds!! Cash prizes are won for every game, so how much you win is unlimited. Go for it!

Yea me! I just won a Jackpot!!! Now what?
You have a couple of options here, depending on your preference. First, you may want to consider leaving money in your account for future play. Many players do this, and some go on to play big and win even more. However, if you would like to make a withdrawal, be sure to leave enough in your account to allow you to play for a few more days while your winnings are wired to you. Also, remember that any unredeemed bonus money in your account will be removed when you withdraw. You may want to make sure that you use these funds first.

How do I withdraw my winnings?
To make a withdrawal, click on the Cashier button in the game. This will take you to a page where you should select the Withdrawal option. There you will be shown the different withdrawal methods available to you. The Pending Withdrawals tab allows you to display the withdrawals you have requested, but have not been processed yet. Prestige-Bingo waits four business days before processing your withdrawal request. During this time period you can use this option to cancel your withdrawal request and transfer the money back into your account. Bear in mind that a cancelled withdrawal does not attract any deposit bonuses.

I've forgotten my password - how can I get into the game?
If you have lost your password, we need to ensure that you are the valid account holder before we can send the password to you. This is to protect your interests. For this reason, we require you to send the following information to support@prestige-bingo.com using the the e-mail address registered in your casino account. As soon as we receive this, you will receive your new password shortly.

1.Your first and last names as used by you when registering your account.
2.Your email address quoted when registering hour account.
3.Your Billing address in full, street, city, state and country.

What is Bonus money?

CASHIER FAQs

How do I make a deposit to my account?
In order to make a deposit you must first download the game software. For complete step-by-step instructions on downloading and installing the game, go to Getting Started section. You then need to open your real money account. After you receive your real-money username and password, you are ready to make a deposit into your Prestige-Bingo account.

  • Start the program, enter your username and password in the Login window.
  • Select “Cashier” from the lower-left corner and click the “Deposit” button.
  • Select you desired deposit method.

While credit cards have traditionally been the favored method for funding accounts, new limitations being imposed by the Credit Card companies are making it increasingly difficult for players to continue to fund their accounts this way.

There are, however, excellent alternatives listed in the cashier.

How long does it take to process my deposit?
Credit card deposits take approximately 2-5 minutes to process and funds are made available in your account within this time frame.

Wire Transfer deposits take 2 business days to arrive at our bank. Your account will be credited as soon as our bank receives the transfer.

Bank Draft / Personal check deposits take about a week to reach our offices. It takes additional 10 days for a Bank Draft to be cleared and about 21 days for a Personal check to be cleared. Please note that the first phase of a Bank Draft / Personal Check deposit is dependent on regular world wide mail and may vary depending on your location and/or other factors.

What is PAYNET SOLUTIONS LIMITED?
PAYNET SOLUTIONS LIMITED is the company that provides all the financial transaction services for Prestige-Bingo. It has a vast experience with online transaction processing and is processing millions of dollars monthly. PAYNET SOLUTIONS LIMITED is just the descriptor for all the deposits/withdrawals made. How do I withdraw my winnings?
To withdraw money from your account go to the Cashier and select the “Withdraw” button.
If you have active NETeller or FirePay accounts, then your withdrawal will be made to those accounts as the first option.

Please note that, because of controls by the credit card companies, it is no longer possible to credit withdrawals back to your credit cards.

Bank drafts will be sent to your billing address, as specified by you during the account registration process, using regular worldwide mail. Please make sure that the specified billing address is correct to avoid any delays. If this address had been changed please contact our Customer Service department at support@prestige-bingo.com. There are no charges imposed on bank draft withdrawals.

If you select Wire transfer as the preferred method for withdrawal, you will be asked to fill in your bank account details. There are no charges imposed on Wire transfer withdrawals.

You can track the status of your withdrawal requests by entering the Cashier and selecting the “Transaction history” screen. The status column in this screen identifies each transaction’s exact status.

Please note that if you forfeited any bonus funds when you made you withdrawal request, this will not be refunded if you cancel the withdrawal.

Depending on your VIP Level, Prestige-Bingo waits 1- 4 days before processing your withdrawal. This Pending period does not include Saturdays or Sundays, nor the day on which the withdrawal was first requested.

When your withdrawal is processed, it will move from the Pending list to your Transaction history (accessible via the Cashier lobby), where you will be able to see the current status of your withdrawal.

What is the “pending withdrawals” screen?
Once you make a withdrawal, your withdrawal request is pending to be processed by our financial department in Antigua. By entering the “Pending withdrawals” screen in the “Withdraw” section in the cashier you can view all your withdrawal requests that are waiting to be processed.
Generally no withdrawal request will be processed for four business days after making the request. Until a withdrawal transaction has been processed, you can cancel it and return the amount back to your account, so that you can continue to play. Note that there is no deposit bonus entitlement with cancelled withdrawals.

How can I follow up financial transaction operations?
The Cashier’s "Transaction History" section stores a complete history of all your financial actions, such as withdrawals and deposit requests.

I have made a Withdrawal but have changed my mind. How do I cancel a Withdrawal request?
As mentioned, all withdrawal requests awaiting to be processed show up in the “pending withdrawals” screen in “Withdraw” section in Cashier, for about four business days from your initial withdrawal request date. You can cancel withdrawal requests as long as they show up in the “pending Withdraws” screen, and return the requested amount back to your bingo account, so you can go ahead and play. Note that there is no deposit bonus entitlement with cancelled withdrawals.

Why can the amount shown in my credit card statement vary from the amount  I  deposited?
In May 2005, Visa introduced a new 1% transaction fee which is applied to transactions completed outside the card holder's country of residence, regardless of which currency is being used. This charge is imposed on the issuing bank, not customers, but many banks will pass that charge on. This may mean that if you use you Visa card to deposit $50 at Prestige-Bingo, you might see a charge of $50.50 on your monthly credit card statement. This amount may vary depending on how much of the charge, if any, your bank absorbs. It is anticipated that Mastercard will introduce similar charges later in 2005.

How do I deposit funds?

How long does it take to set up a NETeller account?

Why was my credit card declined?
A credit card will be declined by the bank issuing the card. You may call the issuing bank to find out what is wrong with your card. Remember: Three invalid credit card attempts within one hour will cause your NETeller account to be automatically closed and you will have to contact customer support in order to have it reopened.

How do I change the personal information in my NETeller account?
In the navigational bar at the top of your NETeller account, there is an option to "Edit Account". This will allow you to change your phone number and password in the NETeller system.

Why is my transfer to a merchant still pending?
Not all merchants accept transfer 24 hours a day. Some work regular business hours, some do not. It is solely up to the merchant to accept or decline any funds to or from NETeller. If a transfer you made to a merchant has been pending for a long time you may contact the individual merchant or cancel the transfer from your account.

What is Moneybookers?
Moneybookers is a tool that allows you to safely send and receive money via email - instantly. You can send money from your credit card and transfer money to and from your bank account.

How do I fund my account with Moneybookers?
First open an account at www.moneybookers.com and then fund your account by one of the following options:

  • Wire Transfer - You will be provided with a transaction ID and bank details. You then have to instruct your bank to process the transaction. The funds should be in your Moneybookers account within 2 to 4 days.
